2. Scope

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for purchases in the annakata.com webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We may change these terms at any time; the version in force on the day of your order applies.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Until Sunday 30 November the jewellery is free and you only pay the tracked shipping: £24.95 for your first piece, +£12.50 for the second and +£10.80 for every piece after that. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Ordering and contract

We confirm your order by email; the contract is concluded with this confirmation. The contract language is English. Your order details are stored electronically.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are set out in our shipping policy. Shipped parcels can be tracked on our order tracking page.

7. Returns and right to cancel

We offer a full refund, no questions asked: if a piece isn't right for you for any reason, you can return it within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy for details. In addition, you have the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Faulty goods

You have the rights given to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, please send a photo to info@annakata.com.

9. Complaints

Please send any complaints to info@annakata.com; we reply within 30 days.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to the protection you enjoy under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
