Your order usually arrives within 10–12 working days. Once it ships, we email you a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Until Sunday 30 November every piece is free – you only pay the tracked shipping: £24.95 for your first piece, +£12.50 for the second and +£10.80 for every piece after that. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

What size are the bracelets and rings?
Most of our bracelets and rings have an open, adjustable design, so they fit most wrists and fingers comfortably.
Why does copper change colour?
Copper is a natural material: over time it develops a patina and may temporarily leave a mark on the skin. This is completely natural and easy to remove with a soft cloth, lemon juice or a copper cleaner.
What can I use the copper cups and jugs for?
They are ideal for water. We don't recommend them for acidic drinks (e.g. lemon juice, vinegar, fruit juice) or dairy. Wash by hand, not in the dishwasher.
Is your jewellery made of real copper?
Yes, our pieces are made of copper, without plating. A simple test at home: a magnet won't stick to copper. Some bracelets have small magnets built in – a magnet will be attracted to those magnets, not to the copper itself. If you have a question about a specific product, write to us at info@annakata.com.
Can I wear it in the shower or in water?
Copper can handle water, but it changes colour faster in chlorinated (pool) or salt (sea) water and in constant moisture. For a long life, dry it and store it dry.
